Digital Goods & Services (e.g. Open software, Downloadable software products, etc.)

If there are any issues encountered upon purchase and delivery of the products mentioned above, the Buyer(customer) may request for a Return/Refund within Fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of products is received by the customer. The refund for these items will be subject to LamboPlace's review and approval upon submission of valid evidence.
