Cancel orders due to 'Change of mind' are not allowed once the parcel has been ship out  / Ready to ship. It happens when the buyer (customer) decides they no longer want the item after purchasing it or after received their parcel. 

The 'Change of Mind' reasons has been further clarified into:

    1. Don't want the item(s) because it doesn't meet buyer(customer) expectations

   2. The product looked different in person

Other seller's may offer 'Change of mind' at their own discretion.
