Starting from 1st September 2021, all requests for refunds will be deposited into Lambopay eWallet EXCEPT Installment Plan (ShopBack @previously known as Hoolah, PACE).

The refund process will be different according to the payment method used to pay for the order.

If you paid using:

1)Installment Plan (ShopBack, PACE)

The refund payment will be released back to the card (credit) or bank account (debit) which you had initially used. Typically, the whole process will take up to 10-14 working days for the amount to be reflected in your card (credit) or bank account (debit).

2) Other Payment Methods (such as Online Banking,LamboPay, Credit Card etc)

The refund payment will be released to your Lambopay eWallet account. You will be able to use it to make future purchases on our website, LamboPlace will refund the payment into your eWallet within 2 working days. For more information read "What is Lambopay Ewallet?".

Note: All canceled orders (e.g: OUT OF STOCK, order canceled by customer/vendor etc.) will be refunded to your Lambopay eWallet ( EXCEPT Installment Plan).
