Here are the common reasons due to which you are not receiving verification code/OTP :-
1)The verification messages are blocked by your phone.
2) Your phone number may be incorrect.
- Verify that you have entered the correct phone number.
3)Your SMS mailbox does not have sufficient space to receive such messages.
4) Network or connectivity issues.
-Try the following basic troubleshooting techniques:
- * Ensure that your phone line signal is full.
- * Resend a verification code (up to 4 attempts).
- * Switch off your phone, remove and re-insert your SIM card, then switch on your phone again. After that, make another request for a verification code.
5) Account is linked to another phone number
- Check your profile information to ensure that the correct phone number is linked to your LamboPlace account.

- * Lamboplace username
- * Date and time when the issue occurred
- * Phone model and version (Android or iOS)
- * Service provider
- * Last known page where verification code was requested (e.g during password reset, updating bank account details, etc)
