If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from LamboPlace.com, you may be eligible to receive a refund based on the seller's return policies. You can use any device with a Web Browser to request for return/refund.


STEP 1 :  Sign-in to your LamboPlace account

STEP 2 : Click "My Profile", under "My Orders"-->search your order number then click this icon

STEP 3 : After clicking this icon , it will bring you to the page as shown below, and then click " Refund" button

STEP 4 : Select Reason to Return/ Refund ---> choose your reason --> click "Done"

STEP 5 : Insert picture proof to support your Return/Refund, give description (optional). Then click "Submit".

What happens after the request is submitted?

Once your Return/Refund request has been submitted, you will receive an email notification from LamboPlace for successful submission or you can refer to "My Profile" on LamboPlace website -under " My Return/Refund" for the details . Please allow up to 10 working days for the process.

Any pending approval will shows " PENDING/APPROVAL" .

Whereas, a successful Return/Refund will shows "APPROVED".

You will be notified thru email as well when the status change to "APPROVED".

Please Note: You need to report any not as described or damaged orders immediately for fast action and to ensure smooth Return/Refund process.
