A failed delivery attempt means that the courier driver tried to deliver a parcel to a customer, but the delivery was not successful due to a variety of reasons. 


How can you avoid failed deliveries as a customer:-


1) Ensure that your default shipping address is updated prior to any purchase. Once the order has been placed, we can NO longer change the shipping details.


2) In anticipation of upcoming deliveries, keep your contact number/information updated and be contactable.


3) If you're unavailable during the promised delivery time framed, have an authorized representative available to receive the parcel on your behalf; OR


*4) If it is really not possible for anyone to be there, you can possibly leave a note on the door for the driver. You could write a message in which you ask the courier, if possible, to leave the parcel at the front door or hand it to your neighbor/guard post. It is not guaranteed that the driver will follow these instructions, but it is worth a shot. ( Not applicable to Fresh Food delivery)


5) If your parcel is already in transit, a last-minute change of address is strictly prohibited.
