If there are more than ONE Seller in your singular Order, please expect multiple deliveries. Please check on the parcel tracking link if other parcels are still in-transit. If this is the case, please be patient, the remaining parcels should arrive soon.

I have received all my parcels but pieces are missing, what can I do?

First please check the complete content of the parcel.

After checking but still can't find the missing pieces, please get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@help.lamboplace.com so that we can assist you further.

To speed the process make sure you include:

  • Your order number ( example: 000007xxx)
  • Details of the missing pieces ( Seller name & product SKUs)
  • Any other details that can be helpful for our investigations ( Photos/Videos)
