Your top-up amount will be reflected in your LamboPay balance once the top-up is successful. In some cases, your LamboPay top-up may fail due to technical issues. Please kindly wait for up to 24 hours for the amount to be reflected in your account. If the amount is still not reflected after 24 hours, kindly contact us at customercare@help.lamboplace.com and attach your E-receipt/Reload/top-up proof/ transaction ID together with the screenshot of your LamboPay eWallet Page (status of the reload) for further assistance.
