Different types of scenarios are as below:

1) The parcel will be delivered to that address. If it is not an actual address, the parcel will be returned to the Seller's and will re-arrange delivery to the correct shipping address( do notify our Customer Service Team beforehand at customercare@help.lamboplace.com with the correct shipping address)

2) If the package has been delivered, the buyer(customer) should attempt to contact( call or visit) the current resident at the shipping address. The current resident may be willing to refuse delivery or forward the package to the buyer (customer).

3) Buyer to contact the shipping provider( e.g DHL/Lambomove etc.) to see if the package can be retrieved. They MIGHT be able to stop the shipment in transit.


We strongly advise you to double-check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid any unnecessary trouble.
