1) Click on : Received a faulty / damaged / wrong item



2) Select "Return & Refund" from "Type"  


3) Fill in the form, and choose the suitable reason for return. 


4) Please describe the issues of the product you purchased, and upload the images and videos, this is COMPULSORY to make the entire process faster.


5) You can either click on the icon to upload the images or attach a file, as shown in the screenshots below. Please click submit after you upload all the necessary documents.
